Active link from the photo in list to the catalog element card

Please navigate to the Connections Settings admin page and click the Advanced tab.

Scroll to the Permalinks section and enable the Name permalink option. And, save the change.

This option (Name permalink option) is enable, link from Name is active, but link from picture (photo) is not working. It`s very necessary.

This should occur automatically when the Name permalink option is enabled with the default template. Did you perhaps alter the template or use a template override file?

i used the default template “Default Entry Card 3.0 by Steven A. Zahm”, without changes. For the experiment i tried the template “Profile Entry Card 3.0 by Steven A. Zahm”, link from photo is not active.
Disabling plugins did not help.

Ok, looking into this deeper, I have identified potentially where in the code which could cause the image not to be a permalink as intended.

If you are familiar with how to make PHP edits to plugins and are comfortable doing so, you can apply this change:

If you are not comfortable or unable to make this change, I plan on releasing an update by the end of the week that will contain this change. Apologies for any trouble this may cause.

Are you running the latest version of Connections? The fix was released in version 8.43. Current version is 8.44.1.

Since this is in regards to a premium template, you should open a support ticket in your account as the wp.org support team does not permit support of commercial items in the wp.org support forums.
