we have tested locally, poopy.life, sandboxwordpress.com , addendio.com and plugin works well everywhere so it cant be the issue of non working of plugin so people are uninstalling

Moved to Everything else WordPress, this is not a Developing with WordPress topic in anyway.

Why exactly is this a problem? I mean, what do you hope to accomplish with this data? The number of active installations and downloads is always a thumb in the air number.

@jdembowski i am plugin developer so its developing with wordpress as my plugin active install shows wrong. you can see that yesterday 30 people upgraded when we released update.it means approx 100 active install should be there. less than 10 seems to be wrong. because of active install count our plugin is coming in 28th page for keyword contact form

    It’s not wrong data.

30 people may have it installed, but only 10 are ACTIVE.

Don’t take those numbers super seriously. They’re rounded and cached, so they’re not going to help you know exactly how many users. But you don’t need to know exact numbers.

    You have about 10 users.
