Active chats are not showing

    Hi @leslieannetd ,
    it’s probably a conflict with some other plugin. Please try to disable one by one the other plugins and check if Live chat works. If you conclude with which plugin there is the conflict please let us know.
    Otherwise please send us an email to [email protected] with the following information
    1) Which version of the plugin do you have installed?
    2) Which version of PHP do you use?
    3) Which version of WordPress do you use?
    4) A list with the installed plugins.
    5) Which theme do you use?
    6) Do you have a multisite WordPress installation?`

    We’re checking on the plugin conflict and we’ll send you the email as well.
