Active campaign names

    The default name labels are not registering with Active Campaign. AC is pushing out the %FIRSTNAME% code in automated emails instead.

    Any ideas on a solution?

    Hope you’re doing well ??

    Can you give me some more info about where exactly this is happening because I tested it on my installation and first and last name was properly added to ActiveCampaign user list?
