Active Campaign integration failure with new user/contact registrations

`I am receiving the following error and subsequent sync failure with active campaign:
Activecampaign_For_Woocommerce_Ecom_Order: A required field in the ecom model is not valid.

On a new account course registration, the user is created in active campaign and a woocommerce tag is created, but the order data is not syncing as shown above. If I register for the course again then that new client will sync with the new order information and will trigger an automation.
