• `I am receiving the following error and subsequent sync failure with active campaign:

    Activecampaign_For_Woocommerce_Ecom_Order: A required field in the ecom model is not valid.
    {“failed_field_name”:”customerid”,”connectionid”:”3″,”email”:”[email protected]”,”total_price”:”0″,”order_source”:”1″,”order_number”:”43245″,”customerid”:null}

    Activecampaign_For_Woocommerce_Order_Finished_Event: Failed to validate a required field in the model. This order will not sync to ActiveCampaign correctly so this order will not be synced.
    {“order_number”:”43245″}

    Activecampaign_For_Woocommerce_Order_Finished_Event: Could not create an order in AC, please review log messages.
    {“order_id”:43245,”email”:””,”connection_id”:”3″}

    Accepts Marketing: Invalid checkout nonce

    On a new account course registration, the user is created in active campaign and a woocommerce tag is created, but the order data is not syncing as shown above. If I register for the course again then that new client will sync with the new order information and will trigger an automation.

  • You might want to scrub that user email in your content above.

    We are having similar issues as you, after initial plugin install, some things were not right, webhooks missing, etc. So removed plugin at suggestion of AC support and set all back up again, and now can’t get through a small percentage of historical sync until it gets stuck because of errors.

    Thank you @dunkoh for the response. That is a fake email address..

    I think we are going to scrap woocommerce, the support is super bad as evidenced by the lack of response to this issue.
