I have just finished the installation of Complianz and under “6. Placed cookies” of the cookie policy the table is showing entries for Active Campaign and Google Maps, which I don’t implement on my site. I originally assumed that this was because Complianz used these services, but as I see that Complianz is open source, I doubt that is correct. I am using Google Site Kit, so perhaps this is why Google Maps is listed.

I am seeing nothing that allows me to determine why Active Campaign and Google Maps are listed under paragraph 6. Any suggestions on how to disable Active Campaign and Google Maps?

    Thanks in advance

    Edward

    Hello Edward,

    thanks for your message.

Please open our plugin, section “Wizard” -> “Consent” -> “Cookiedatabase.org”, select the services you know you’re not using, open them and click the red button “Delete service”, finally delete the website cache.

    Thanks!
