Active but menu item not showing in Admin?

I installed Custom Sidebars Version 1.3 | By WPMUDEV and the main menu item is not showing the way it appears in documentation. I can create and place the sidebars, but cannot populate them with content. My only options are a title and description. Ideas on fix?
