Active and then nothing

  • I use cloner on other multisites and love it. I installed it on a ubuntu system running 4.2.2 and I get a blank white screen and no errors in apache log. I disable all my plugins and the genesis theme and just use 2015 theme and still the same blank screen when trying to access the Cloner admin screen.

    No time to troubleshoot further, moving on.

    Important thing I did not mention…this site is setup to use canonical domains mysite.domain.com where all other multisites have been the standard domain.com/mysite. Not sure if that matters but I hope it helps either the dev or somebody else.

    Thanks for reporting the issue. Unfortunately for free support we can’t cover environment specific issues like this one (since subdomains are working fine in all the environments we’ve tested in) but if you figure anything out we’d love to hear it.
