activation.css incorrect use of plugins_url()

In file wp-google-picasa.php (Version: 1.2.1) line 194 in function add_header_styles() – incorrect use of plugins_url() function.
Is:
plugins_url( ‘css/activation.css’) , ”, $this->plugin_version );
Must be:
plugins_url( ‘css/activation.css’,__FILE__) , ”, $this->plugin_version );Because of this, activation.css style is not registered.
