Activation/Scan Stuck; is it the domain extension?

    I have registered twelve other sites today with no issues. However, after several hours, the scan is still stuck at 0%. I suspect it is the domain that is giving Malcare issues? What do you think?

    Hey!

    I apologize for the delay.

    We checked the logs on our end for the site & can see that the site is syncing with our systems without any errors. The error might have been occurring due to a minor update deployment at the moment which in rare situations, slows down our servers.

    If you face this issue in the future, please do let us know.
