Activation Problem “Unable to get the host name”

    I moved my website from a server in the USA to Switzerland, maybe I didn’t changed all necessary things in wp-config.php etc.

    I bought the BPS Pro version and installed it on another website successfully: https://www.geschenkidee-60-jahre.ch/

    Now I wanted to install it on my main page https://www.Live-Karikaturen.ch too, where I use already the security plugin BBQ PRO. When BPS works, I guess I can deinstall BBQ PRO. BPS Installation works fine beside of a small error about some time limit, which was automatically turned off, but I think this is no problem

    When during activation I save the Download-Request Key and klick on “Get Activation Key” I get this error message:

    Unable to get the host name for the AITpro API Server using gethostbyaddr

    I tried to deactivate the BBQ PRO Plugin, but the error remains. Any ideas? Thanx for help.

    SORRY Just now I got the activation key by E-Mail and Activation was successful. I don’t know what this error was, but ok, not it looks fine. Site will be protected.

    Glad to hear you received the BPS Pro Activation Key email.

    Also any time you move, migrate or clone a website to another website or web host server you need to rerun the BPS Pro Pre-Installation Wizard and Setup Wizard to update any BPS Pro plugin settings that need to be updated for the new site/host server.
