Activation problem and checkout total

    Hello, I’m having trouble activating the Woo Credits KEY API:

    “Connection failed to the License Key API server. Try again later. There may be a problem on your server preventing outgoing requests, or the store is blocking your request to activate the plugin/theme.”

    There is also an error in the sum of the checkout, the value of the product appears and not the total sum:

    I already tried to send email directly to the support, have read the email, but have not yet replied ??

    Based on the error that is returning, please refer to this support thread from last year: https://woocredits.supportico.us/threads/connection-failed-to-the-license-key-api-server-try-again-later/

    1) Near the end of the comments, you will notice that the hosting company does not allow outgoing connections, so you may need to open a support ticket with them asking them to add our API Manager IP address to their list of allowed outgoing connections.

    We will email this IP to you directly.

    2) Other possibilities include increasing values for following PHP ini settings:

    max_execution_time
    set_time_limit
    max_execution
