Activation problem

    Plugin was at 0.7.4 and WP at last 3.9.x prior to 4.0 release.
    Turned off all plugins to update to 4.0, and after successful update turned on plugins one at a time.
    When anthologize turned back on – received header errors that prevented loggin in as admin. Had to manually delete plugin.

    GREAT plugin which I would truly miss.
    Could the developer please test this under 4.0

    After plugin deleted I then reinstalled it via the AP wpadmin plugin interface. The plugin installed correctly. Activated and logged out and back in without a problem.

    It looks like this may have been a conflict with wp super cache.
