• Hi Brajesh,

I uploaded the plugin yesterday, which seemed to work fine, until i realised that it affected the code of the plugin ‘visual composer.’ Now I have deactivated and deleted this plugin, but my visual composer is still not working – as a result my website is displaying only errors on every page i am visiting. I am wondering what is happening. My theme developers are saying that it is not a problem from their end. I am not a word press expert and this has come like a tsunami to me.

    Need your urgent help please!

    Thanks a tonne,
    Shivangi

    Hi Shivangi,
I am sorry to hear about that. Once you have deleted the plugin, It can not cause any further issue.
Still, If you can point me to your site, I can quickly look at it and help you fix it(Does not matter what is causing, Once I look at it I can tell you the origin of problem).

    Thank you

    Hi Shivangi,
    Thank you.
I see some javascript in the console caused by Related Posts plugin. Please try disabling that plugin and see if it works or not?

    Thank you

No Brajesh. I disabled it. The problem persists. I had had that plugin for 5 months so i do not think that is the problem.

Thank you for diabling. The javascript error in console is gone now.

    Is the section

    [vc_single_image image=”6562″ img_size=”medium” alignment=”center” onclick=”custom_link” img_link_target=”_blank” css_animation=”appear” ]
    [vc_single_image image=”6561″ img_size=”medium” alignment=”center” onclick=”custom_link” img_link_target=”_blank” css_animation=”appear” ]
    [vc_single_image image=”6564″ img_size=”medium” alignment=”center” onclick=”custom_link” img_link_target=”_blank” css_animation=”appear” ]
    [vc_single_image image=”6566″ img_size=”medium” alignment=”center” onclick=”custom_link” img_link_target=”_blank” css_animation=”appear” ]

    The problem now?
Try reediting the section and see if that makes it work. It is definitely an issue on part of Visual Composer as the shortcodes are not being parsed.

Is there a possibility that you had inserted the sitewide activity widget there and while removing the widget, do you remember making any change in that section ? If yes, Please let me know.

    Hey, tried re-editing. not working.

No, i had not made any changes to any part of visual composer or to the design of the theme or to my home page while i downloaded the widget. I was simply testing how the widget was looking on my website and then today when i started noticing these errors, i disabled the plugin.
