    Dear Sirs,

    My client has paid for a subscription for your pop up plugin and extensions. Her e-mail is [email protected]. I have the payment receipt. However we have been on the site https://popup-builder.com/ to get activation but the e-mail is not recognised on the website and we cant activate the plugin. Please can you help.

    The chat from support seems to be unavailable here. I have sent three emails to support over the weekend. We are keen to get the activation done.
