Activation Link sent via email only takes user to the Home page No Activation)

    Hi There,

    I am attempting to add a new user to a sub directory based site, I put their username and email address. They received the email with the activation link, On clicking the Activation Link, it opens the browser and goes to the homepage of the subsite for which the user should be activated.

    On checking in the backend, no new user is being created. Not sure why this is happening and what can be done to fix this. Any Help would be appreciated.

    Where you able to find a solution to your problem? I seem to have the same issue as you. Would appreciate if you could advise how you fixed the problem if applicable.
