    Hi, (apologies for my english)
    In mailPoet 3/paramaters/activation key the good activation key is entered and when i push verify button all 4 “green” lines are marked but i never receive the test email.
    Of course my susbscrptors are not able to fully subscribe because of the lack of confirmation mail.

    it’s a free 1000 emails with actually 406 subscriptions

    I test email and domain in my mailpoet account and all is “green / good”

    and alst, i use mail poet in a same configuration with same parameters for another website without any issues ..

    Any ideas ? hope so and thanks in advance !

    Hi Herve,

    I’m checking your account now and I see you have a DMARC Quarantine/Reject policy enabled for your domain, but as you are using our MailPoet Sending Service, it’s affecting your deliverability.

    Both the From and envelope-From domains must be equal, otherwise, the email will be rejected.

    Is it possible for you to remove the DMARC Policy?

    I don’t figure out to check DNS records … thanks. I remove Dmark record.

    Wait a few and test the same way without any results. I’m still unable to send test mail.

    Is there any other DNS records to modify ? ( i do not mean the TXT record i have already added to configure MailPoet in my DNS Zone)

    Hi @herveo,

    When I check your domain https://www.datagitateur.fr, I see you still have the DMARC Quarantine/Reject policy enabled.

    If you don’t want to delete the DMARC you have set up, you can check the current policy and set it to “None”.

    If you need any further assistance to do that, you should contact your DNS provider.

    I apologize, I realize that I have never quoted either the site or the domain concerned. It is the domain https://www.running4all.fr for which there was a Dmark registration that I have effectively deleted

    I can see the problem is that the MailPoet Sending Service is paused for your account. I will send you an email about it, okay?

    HI @bruberries,

    I test this morning and same pb all parameters seems good in mail poet and WP-mailpoet but no mail send, even when checking the activation key.

    Is the mailpoet sending service still paused ?

    I apologize but we have send a newsletter without any problems yesterday and now our sending services are down.

    Is there a new pb with our subscription ?
