    Hi,

    I installed the plugin and created a “starter” account at Mailpoet + authorized my e-mail but I never receive any activation keys ?

    Under “My subscriptionos” > “Starter – 1,000 plan” there is this message: “Waiting for payment confirmation. Check status”

    Do I need to create an account at wordpress.com also ?

    Hi

    With the message: “Waiting for payment confirmation. Check status”, it sounds like you upgraded from the free plan and did not complete the payment.

    Can you verify that and let us know? You do not necessarily have to create an account at WordPress.com to use MailPoet.

    Hi,

    No, I never tried to upgrade, simply signed up for the starter plan.

    However after a few days I did receive an email “Your subscription was approved” that also included activation key.

    So, from what I can tell everything is working really well now!
