• Hello!

And thank you for a great plugin. ??

With MailPoet3, there seems to be no activation key. It is not sending out newsletters – or at least it seems that way. I did read here that previous newsletters not appearing could be a cache issue.

Is the activation key needed, and if it is, where can it be located?

    Best wishes,

    Mika Perkiomaki

    Hello,

Automated newsletters are not being sent. Test e-mail works fine.

Is the activation key the cause for this or is there another reason for the newsletters not being sent?

    Best wishes,

    Mika

    Hi there Mika,

Which sending method are you using? The MailPoet sending plan or PHPMail based normal sending?

If you’re using the MailPoet free sending plan, you’ll need to make sure you’ve activated your API key within the plugin for the sending to work.

    Thanks!
