Activation is not accepted

    after installed the plugin it not activation is not accepted error message showing
    “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
    Fatal error: Cannot declare class Browser, because the name is already in use in /home/durubico/public_html/wp-content/plugins/popups/vendor/cbschuld/browser.php/lib/Browser.php on line 37”

    Hi,
    I recommend that first uninstall the old popup plugin and after, install the new WPPopups.
