    When I try to activate I get this error message:

    You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

    In spite of the above message, when I go to the installed plugins page, I see this plugin is activated. YET I DON’T SEE ANY MENU ITEM TO REGISTER AND USE THE PLUGIN.

    I’m the only user on the site and (so my account is obviously and administrator account). I de-activeated, completely removed the plugin and re-installed the 3 times. Same problem with activation.

    Sorry, Duda. This was a month ago and I don’t even remember how I resolved. I think I put it in the too-hard basket. But since then I’ve noticed an update was released, so I’ll try it again sometime.
