• When I activate the plugin, I get a redirection loop error in Chrome. I have not tried to diagnose it, but when I cURL the URL, I get:

    $ curl -I https://mysite.local/wordpress/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=restrict_usernames_emails_characters
    HTTP/2 302
    server: nginx/1.16.0
    location: https://mysite.local/wordpress/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fmysite.local%2Fwordpress%2Fwp-admin%2Foptions-general.php%3Fpage%3Drestrict_usernames_emails_characters&reauth=1
    x-powered-by: PHP/7.3.5
    pragma: no-cache
    cache-control: no-cache, must-revalidate, max-age=0
    x-redirect-by: WordPress

    WordPress 5.3.2, single site. I do not experience this with other plugins, though I haven’t tried it on a base install yet.
