activation error on line 18

  • I’ve tried installing the plugin on a test WP website and my production site. Both get an error when I click ‘activate plugin’ :

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class JWT in /var/www/releases/20150120/wp-content/plugins/zendesk/classes/JWT.php on line 18

    I’ve tried uninstalling and re-installing the plugin. I’ve gotten the error on WP 4.1.2 and 4.5

  • Hi mwalker20, you’d be seeing that if you have another Theme or Plugin sharing that Class name. I’ve been able to activate the Plugin without that issue.
