Activation "blows up" site on Windows server

  • I have been having problems with this plugin causing the “white screen” even before I upgrade to WP 4. It was working but recently after a few days the site gets a white screen. I have to deactivate all the plugins via the database (renaming doesn’t work for me) and then reactivate. When I try to reactivate this plugin the site blows up again. I am hosted on Arvixe on a Windows server rather than Unix.
