activation BackUG fails

    hi
    wp 4.7.3 on php 7
    installing plugin backup-guard1.1.34 ok, activation fails because the plugin cannot access a path
    Cannot create folder: D:\www\buytentwist.nl\www/wp-content/uploads/backup-guard/

    strange because this is a path not to my webserver but to a local directory
    help anyone please?

    Hello,

    This is database-related issue, something has been saved incorrectly in your database that’s why neither BackupGuard nor any other plugin can function properly. Could you please set “upload_path” in the wp_options table to empty string or the valid one? This should fix your issue.
