Activating the plugin causes error in WordPress admin
-
I was able to install and activate this plugin on our development site, but for some reason when I try to activate it on our production site, I get the message “There has been a critical error on this website.” in WordPress admin. There’s a corresponding error in the web server’s error log: “[fcgid:warn] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in …/wp-includes/meta.php on line 1194”. Manually removing the plugin folder restores the WordPress admin page.
