activating the plagoon on a subdomain

    I bought and installed Customer Reviews for WooCommerce works very well. Thanks to the author.
    But I have on my site with another language and I can not activate the Customer Reviews for VooCommerce plug-in on it
    what should I do? buy again?

    Does your website have the same domain for different languages? What kind of error message you receive?

    I just at the root of the site created a folder with a short name – ua (Ukraina) and installed there wordpress in the language I need, there is no subdomain on the server
