Activating Testimonial Slider and Showcase Pro plugin

    I received the message below regarding activating the Testimonial Slider and Showcase Pro plugin.

    It seems you haven’t activated the Testimonial Slider and Showcase Pro plugin that you purchased. Please activate it alongside the free plugin.

    I did activate it but I did not activate it alongside the free plugin. I had deleted the free plugin.

    I cannot re-install the free plugin (as shown in the video instructions below) because I am told that it is already it has already been installed.

    What are the next steps to resolve this issue?

    Hi Richard Harding,

    You can install Testimonial Slider and Showcase from your WordPress dashboard. Follow the following steps:

    • Go to your WordPress?Dashboard
    • Navigate to?Plugins -> Add New?then type “Testimonial Slider by RadiusTheme” in the plugin search box
    • Find “Testimonial Slider” from the list and click on the “Install Now“ button
    • After installation, please activate the plugin.
