Activating premium plug in

When I try to activate the premium version I receive this message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare run_activecampaign_email_preference_center() (previously declared in /nas/content/live/hhlife/wp-content/plugins/pramadillo-activecampaign-email-preference-center/activecampaign-email-preference-center.php:72) in /nas/content/live/hhlife/wp-content/plugins/activecampaign-email-preference-center-premium/activecampaign-email-preference-center.php on line 70
