Activating plugin makes entire site “503 Service Unavailable”

Hello, it was working nicely until last week or so. and suddenly activating woolentor plugin will make entire site unaccessable, it shows “503 service unavailable, The server is temporarily busy, try again later!”.
i tried increasing max execution time and memory limit, but none had worked so far.
please help.
