Activated, but nothing for "Settings"

I know this must be new and it sounds like what I’ve been looking for, but can find no clue about how to use it, and I can’t write code and wouldn’t dare “edit” what I see as your php there.

So it doesn’t show up on the admin taskbar nor in “settings.

Please add what’s needed, whatever that might be! We really need something more to work with!
