Activated a child theme and wordpress is now un-accessable

So I made a child theme, and then once I activated it, every WordPress file began to display simply “0”. even Login.php is showing it, therefore I have no way to access my dashboard and de-activate this child theme which is potentially causing the problems. Below is the child themes style.css.
