Activate User Account On Registration

  • When trying to sign a user up to a group, I receive the activation email, as you would expect. But the account must be activated by an administrator. Is there a way of overriding this? My client wants to allow trainees to register and start courses with no admin intervention.

    Are you sure this is the Toolkit? If you’re using our Front End Login module then it has the Manual Verification checkbox in the settings, but it’s disabled by default. If that is on you should turn it off, but otherwise maybe there’s another plugin being used for registration that could be requiring the activation?
