Activate Pro License

  • How do you activate a pro license that has expired? Example, I purchase a 5 site license that expires in a year on 11/30/2019. So today, that license has now expired, but I didn’t activate 4 of my licenses on any sites yet. How do I activate that? I don’t care about the updates and support. I just need to get the pro features I paid for on those additional sites.

    Thanks, but I have came here for help because the support team is not helping and I only get a response once everyday at 3a my time. With something that isn’t remotely close to my question. I can’t afford to wait a week before I get this resolved. Not to mention I see multiple replies from the Support Engineer on this forum from recent days… but no response to my email/ticket and only a one when they do.

    So if anyone else knows how to activate the license. I would greatly appreciate any advice.

    @cristianbarbu & @ian Tudose!!! Y’all need to get it together. I have responded to my ticket for over a week with no response. I’ve sent in two additional tickets and continue to get a canned response about only receiving two tickets. The ridiculous thing is. My question is on that response that you replied to! This is ridiculous and not what I paid for.
