Activate plugin and fatal error

Hello. I’m new to the forum. I kindly ask for information: on my wordpress (new installation version 6.5.2) I have the Qi Addons for Elementor plugin. When I try to activate, it gives me the error “The plugin cannot be activated because it generates a fatal error” The version is the latest, 1.7.1. I searched the web for a possible solution, but I didn’t find anything that solved the problem. How can I fix the problem?
