Activate on main site or Network Activate?

    Does the plugin require Network Activate to work? And if the plugin get deactivated on the target site, will existing Duplicate Link continue to work between the source site and target site?

    Just had a test and it seems even though the plugin is deactivated on target site, the Duplicate Link still works.

    So is there a way to decide when to push changes to which site? Say there are 3 sites, S the source site and A B the target sites, S changes its content and pushes it to A immediately, and after some days, pushes to B?
