    Hi there

    How do I activate the live chat as the instructions say activate but I cannot find that so perhaps it was changed?

    Hi

    Previously a little envelope was appearing on the home page and now it looks like a weird comment thing at the bottom and the envelope isn’t showing

    Also is there an option to add a notice at the top saying, please pop us a message if you want to live chat or ask us anything ?

    Thanks Im checking out the links and sure it says to read chats under dashboard but where do you actually find that dashboard tho haha

    Ok another questions is can I also receive an instant email as well if someone sends a message on the website or is that not possible ?

    Also is there a way to say rate this chat and also comments or feedback on chat?

    Yes that is possible as long as you are online (meaning logged in to WordPress and online as an agent). Navigate to Live chat -> Settings -> Chat Box. There’s an option named “Chat notifications“. Enable it.

    On the same page there is an option called “Visitor experience ratings” which allows a user to give a thumbs up/down to a chat. If they are satisfied they will give a thumbs up ??

    I was able to reply to myself and then I all of a sudden had another visitor but I could not reply at all ?? that really sicked

    Ok I cant find that setting but earlier had something ask me for notifications and I clicked yes and when I test it made a ringing sound which was cool but then at dashboard it was blank then I clicked filters and clicked on each thing on drop menu then it was blank, then i messaged again and went through menu so only showed and let me accept chat ?

    What was that?

    is there a way to make the pop up menu say as a pop up just by the envelope

    Hi,

    You cannot add text next to the initial chat bubble, however you can change the text in the popup which by default reads “Questions? Chat with us”.

    I would suggest to navigate through the settings area to see the different options and what/how can be customised. The documentation might also be helpful: https://www.3cx.com/wp-live-chat/docs/
