Actions After Submission URL changes link

Hello, The actions after submission option is not working for me.
It seems to change the url from the original link adding ‘sucess’ to the end of it.
For example.
In the url field I have : bit.ly/3ppvAca
But when the form is filled out this is the link to a 404:

https://warriorscholarmembers.com/elementor-2992/
