  • Hi @yolandas, just curious which versions of WooCommerce and WordPress you are running?

    Hi there!

To confirm, it looks like your database update is stuck due to an Action Scheduler issue, right? Also, are you seeing any errors regarding AS anywhere? Please share the error log or a screenshot of it if you do.

At first glance, it seems you might be having an issue with Action Scheduler but I can’t say for sure. Therefore, to troubleshoot this further, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status?

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Cheers!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
