A lot of times, plugins like this one can add things to the action scheduler table: YITH WooCommerce Recover Abandoned Cart Premium: par YITH – 1.4.1 – Non testé avec la version active de WooCommerce

That’s not necessarily a problem, and might not be the root cause of this.

The problem from the error message is that the entry with the id of 2 in your action scheduler database table is having issues. I recently resolved this on a site by changing that number (the id number) to a large number. This should allow the update/migration to proceed. You’ll need to do this directly in the database (MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A BACKUP BEFORE DOING THIS).
