Same problem. Also the Analytics has stopped working.

The message “Action Scheduler: 7 past-due actions found” typically indicates that there are scheduled tasks in your WooCommerce store that were not completed as expected. This can happen for a variety of reasons, such as a server outage or an error with a plugin or theme.

Please navigate to?WooCommerce → Status → Scheduled Actions → Pending

Be sure to run all any pending actions found there.

If that doesn’t help, please share a copy of your site’s System Status.
You can find it via WooCommerce → Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

I tried to run the pending actions but it would not work unfortunately. the messages there is as follow:
Action Scheduler migration in progress. The list of scheduled actions may be incomplete.
and
A new queue has begun processing. View actions in-progress ?
