Hello, I get a error on my site every time I enter the Action scheduler:

“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”

This dissapears when deactivating mailpoet and Rank math. The Rank Math support team gave me a fix for this as they where aware of this problem, but it is not working on my websites. They believe this is due to the Mailpoet plugin using an outdated version of the action scheduler.

    From Rank Math support:
“There is likely a plugin using an older version of the ActionScheduler package, while our plugin uses the latest version, v3.9.1.”

“If the issue was solved upon disabling the mailpoet on your site, then it must be using an older version of the ActionScheduler package, which conflicts with Rank Math.

In that case, you may get in touch with their developer to confirm this issue.”

Can you please look into this issue?

    Best regards Synn?ve

  • Hi,

I also experience the same problem.
Probably Mailpoet is using an older version of the ActionScheduler package. I need to deactivate Mailpoet until you fix it.

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing the details from Rank Math’s support team. I completely understand how frustrating this issue must be.

We’re already aware of this conflict and have updated the MailPoet plugin to use the latest version of Action Scheduler. The update is scheduled for release early next week, which should resolve this issue.

In the meantime, you can use a temporary workaround by manually installing the latest version of Action Scheduler:

    1. Download and activate Action Scheduler 3.9.2 from here:
    2. This should resolve the conflict until our MailPoet update is available.
    3. Once the update is released next week, you can deactivate and delete the Action Scheduler plugin.

    Cheers!
