Is there any work around for this message? Also we have multiple feeds on this site but it doesn’t tell us specifically which one needs to be viewed?

    Hi @mtscoutcollective,

Thanks for contacting us! Please go to WordPress Dashboard > Instagram Feed > Settings > Manage Sources and check for any Instagram account sources displaying a warning message to find which associated feeds need to be viewed.

I hope this helps! If you need any further assistance, please let me know.

    Thanks!
    Louis

I have the same issue and it seems to happen when I update the plugin.

I’ve gone to the feed pages as mentioned above and reconnected the feed and the error stayed there and kept saying it needed to be fixed. I even removed the source and re-added it and it still had the error.

In order to get the error message to go away and the plugin to work, I had to totally remove the plugin and re-add it. This has happened on multiple sites with multiple Instagram accounts and I hope I don’t have to do this every time the plugin updates.

Is there something I am doing wrong? It can’t be like this for everyone.

    Hi @muzoid,

Thanks for contacting us! It’s possible there was a problem with “transients” in the database not clearing properly which would often be corrected when you delete and re-install the plugin. This can depend on the specific setup of the site, but normally unless there is a problem with the Instagram API or the account’s password is changed this shouldn’t occur again.

If you do see more problems with this, we’ll be happy to investigate further if you can open a support request here and send the System Info from the plugin while the problem is occurring. (Please only send the System Info in a support request through our website as this should not be posted to the public forum).

    Thanks!
    Louis
