Action not executing after clicking “ok” in confirm popup

So as the title says, any action I try to complete on any of the WP Forms Lite admin screens that involves clicking “ok” in a Confirm popup is never actually executed.

Example:

1. From the WP dashboard, I click ‘Wp Forms
2. In the list of forms I hover over a working form and click ‘duplicate’
3. A popup box appears with “Are you sure you want to duplicate this form?”. I click Okay
4. The screen and list of forms remains unchanged and the form is not duplicated

The same thing happens when trying to delete a form element. I click to delete. I click ‘okay’ in the popup box, but the element does not delete.

Nothing logged in the Console – no errors either.

Any ideas?
