Action hook to delete user when removed from blog

Hello,

I am trying to find out which hook can I use in order to delete a user from network when removed from blog.

Actually I have tried “remove_user_from_blog” action but it only fires when I delete a user in the network administration panel.

The ‘deleted_user” and “delete_user” action hook are not firing, and the “wpmu_delete_user” and “wpmu_deleted_user” only fires when I delete a user from the network admin panel.

So I would like to trigger a hook when I remove a user from a blog being in the current blog admin panel, in order to also delete him from network, because I cannot give access to network administration to editors that have the rights to add, update or delete users in sites.
