Action after “vote” buttom

Team,
when pressing the vote buttom after all answers are given, for the message “Thank you for your vote” or “any error” the answer scrolls to the top of the page – why?

can this be changed, so that either you jump to the incorrect line .. or finally bring the message output below the “vote” buttom?
