Acting as an anchor

Sorry I don’t have a better title to explain this but I’ve set this up fine with Elementor, thank you very much btw!

Unfortunately, slight problem, the form is on the home page, right down the bottom and once the page is fully loaded it automatically scrolls to the address field.. oddly.
