act as travel plugin?

Hello,

We are looking for a solution for selling our services/trips. We are a non-traditional tour operator that sells package trips to singles in various age groups.

The problem we face today is that there is no out-of-the-box solution for the way we want to present and sell our trips, but perhaps your plugin can help with this? There are many more solutions in the market for event organizers than for tour operators.

We currently use WooCommerce with package trips as products/services, linked to a partial-payment plugin and Mollie.nl as the payment provider.

What we have/use:
– 4 age categories
– 4 types of trips: ski, beach, Lapland, sailing
– Only for singles
– For each trip, we show how many men and women have signed up, along with their ages
– For each trip, there needs to be a separate registration form because we need different information for a ski trip than for a beach trip
– For each trip, there are additional options that can be booked, such as catering and/or single rooms
– When a customer buys/books, a deposit is required and paid via WooCommerce, and 2 months before the departure date/start of the event, the balance must be paid

We thought that perhaps a better solution could be achieved with an event plugin, making a trip an RSVP event, for example. Do you think your plugin could be a solution for this?
