ACKKK, Spammers on the loose

I hav spammes hitting my blog left and right. I have it set where I moderate them, but is there a way to block it ENTIRELY?

Right now, you cannot post any hyperlinks in the comments, you must fill out name, email etc. and you cant use about 300 words.

Anything I can do?
