Ack! Print technology timed-out

  • Hello,
    I am having issues with the plugin. When I click on the (costum) Printfriedly icon to print/create pdf, it says;

    Ack! Print technology timed-out while trying to connect to this page.
Try again. Reload the page.
This page requires the PrintFriendly & PDF Browser Extension.

Install Browser Extension (click the button below)
Go back to the original page and use the browser extension.

    The site posts are set to public.

    Can you kindly advise?

    For some reason, we are unable to connect to your server from ours. Where are you hosting this? Do you have a firewall like cloudflare enabled?

    Thank you for your support. I haven’t a firewall enabled, but I just found a long list of automatic blocked ip addresses in cpanel.
    I tried the trial of pro version one month ago and the problem was solved. When the trial expired the problem came back.
    I just tried your (great!) plugin on another site hosted by the same provider and it has the same problem, but there isn’t the list of blocked ip addresses.
    If you want and if it can be useful, I can activate the trial on the other site.

    The Pro trial will work because it activates Pro which works completely in the browser (except for PDF). Can you share the name of the hosting provider to [email protected]?
